Why don't subtasks keep the data when using 'Create Another'?

Judy Colonero October 2, 2019

1. Create a subtask of a story

2. Before hitting the 'Create' button check the box "Create another"

3.  The data from the first subtask is not saved, is this on purpose?  I have a user who is trying to create very similar subtasks just tweaks to the wording and expected the data to be saved.

Thank you,

Judy

Hi Judy, that is the expected behavior.

If you can create a really similar subtask, a better approach will be to use the More > Clone option within the first subtask and then personalize the cloned subtask with the new information.

Could you try?
