Hi everyone, I use jira for work and I've had this problem for a while now. When I am in my team's backlog, I'll click on a ticket and the side panel will appear but the ticket is not loaded. I almost always wait a few seconds before realizing I need to click the ticket again to have it appear. There's no reason for this and I think the intention is that the ticket would load. Can this be fixed?

Indeed, I have noticed that as well. It only occurs when you select the first issue the first time you come into the backlog. All subsequent clicks do load the details in the side panel. I'm unsure why this is and if it's intentional or not. You might get a better answer from Atlassian support directly. I did check for existing report in JAC but didn't immediately find anything.
