Why can't I access my reports?

The All-in-one JIRA Reports add-in will not load.  I have checked my billing and can see that the subscription was included in my December 2016 invoice, and paid for.

Why has this stopped working?

My JIRA domain is ecgroup.atlassian.net

you can close this ticket.

I changed my password and logged back in and the problem has gone away.
