I have the Admin role in Jira. However, since September when I try to link an issue to a ticket in Jira, appears a warning icon with the sentence "We couldn't link the issue Wait a few moments, then give it another try"
But It does not work!

If you seeing the linking option, your permission seems correct. There are only two places to enable linking for the system and user. The global linking is turned on and the user has linking permission.
Check but both seems like it is configure. If it is, I would recommend contacting Atlassian support.
