The account management emails keep getting blocked in exchange for being too suspicious I guess. Does anyone know how to stop the emails from being blocked so our staff can get their invites/password reset links?
(If it can only be done in paid licenses, please let me know as well)
Hi @Kyle Anders ,
Do you mean that MS Exchange is blocking the Atlassian notifications, especially the invite email/reset password email?
An Exchange admin should be able to whitelist addresses to ensure they are not captured by the spam filters. No expert on how but it seems like the Microsoft community can provide some guidance on this matter.
best regards

Okay, thanks. This is probably true, I guess I'll have to reach out to someone with Exchange admin permissions.

Hey Kyle,
My understanding is the culprit that causes them to be placed on the list is that when the initial invite goes the email address is not been properly set up and ready to go. So Atlassian views this as a sort of fake email address and puts it on the suppression list.
That’s probably easy enough to test, but I would make sure your process is that you for sure have the email address internally ready to go and can receive emails with no problem prior to the invite from Jira.

The email is definitely working, the invite was just being stopped by Exchange quarantine. I've reached out to someone else in the company that may be able to fix it.
Thanks,
