Where can I view the watchers list

I have admin rights to JIRA however I am unable to find the watchers list.

You should see an eyeball icon at the top of the page when looking at the detailed issue view. Click on the icon to see the watchers.

Hi @Jack Brickey, I am in the projects view and have opened up a project. I am currently on the timeline option and I do not see any eyeball icon on the page.

you will not see it there. Watchers are associated with specific issues not a project view. If you wish to see who is watching a specific issue navigate to the issue view as illustrated below.

Okay. Thanks. 

Once I create a new story and move it from the backlog to the board there is one person automatically getting added to the task. However, that person's name is not present in the list of folks with access to the particular project. Could you help with that?

If the person doesn’t have access to the project how are they being added? Are they added as a watcher? Have you confirmed that they are in fact added?
