When user stories added to the Epics that are in In progress status

comments should be added to the  user story

e-mail will be send to the user

Epic link should be removed from the user story

Can we create a automation rule can some one help

Not there we have a open bug tracking the fact that we don't currently have an automation trigger for changes to the Epic Link field. https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-1264

I believe that ticket has a workaround that may work for your use case.

I suspect that yes, you may do all those things with an automation rule.  The triggers and actions are different in the server and cloud versions.  And, there is a "lite" version of automation and a full version for server.
