perhaps it is worth mentioning that the organizations field is populated using automation ( based on the reporter's email address) , could this be related?
Can you please provide an image of how it does display in Jira for the very same issues as above? I am unable to reproduce in my instance.

the automation info is certainly an interesting bit. have you tested with any issue where the org is set manually? I would recommend that test for sure.

Yes , actually automation was enabled just a few days ago, so most of the org fields were filled manually.
I tried disabling it, but nothing changes.

I am inserting this in a Confluence page, i get a table with columns Key, Summary, Created, Assignee, Status and organizations. all fields get populated with relevant data, Only the Organizations fields is blank
