When I commit to a given scenario in portfolio, does it impact all projects in my portfolio?

Pooja Patel
April 19, 2017

I have created a portfolio with multiple projects. Each of these projects have different velocity. I created Best case, worst case and most likely scenarios with setting applicable velocity for one project. On commiting this change, will it impact velocity and schedule of my other projects in my portfolio?

Hi @Pooja Patel ,

When you commit the change, accepting of of your scenarii, the changes you made on the issues in the scenario (start/end dates, Sprint, etc ...) will be applied to all issues in the scope.

Hence if you edited issues from several projects the impact will be cross projects.

However, I'm not sure about which changes your concern is but the changes will impact the issues themself.

Let me know if it helps,

Guilhem
