Does the auto-converter gets activated only when a link is manually pasted on the editor? Does it not care at all if a link is inserter through the 'Link' dialog?
Is there any way to activate the autoconverter when a link is inserterd throgh the 'Link' dialog?

When using the "Link" dialog, you link to files, URLs, Spaces, etc, as well as specify the text to go along with the URL. Pasting works as well, but doesn't give you the editing function.
