So I understand that the velocity chart will provide the velocity against a Jira Board for the entire team during different sprints.
I've couple of questions if that can be helped with:
1) Is there a way to know the velocity of an individual team member over the span of multiple sprints against a Jira Board.
2) If an issue is assigned from Y to X (Status: Open), X worked in it (Status: In Progress), X then re-assigned the issue back to Y (Status: Ready For Review), Y then reviewed the issue and closed the issue.
2.1) In above scenario, the velocity is calculated for Y or X? or it can never be calculated this way at all?
