Using jira oauth2(3LO) generated refresh_token expired after one hour

hi, 

I am using outh2(https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/oauth-2-3lo-apps/#use-a-refresh-token-to-get-another-access-token-and-refresh-token-pair ) for jira cloud. I have got access_token and refresh_token pair. But these two tokens expired after one hour. What is problem here or we have to make other configuration for timeout period. Please suggest here.
