Users Access to View Dashboards is Blocked and generating errors

Please advise why the users on my project get an error when viewing the Dashboards that I have created.  Please see the screenshots below for the details. . . .

Hello @Alyssa Lewis,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community and thank you for sharing the screenshots.

This issue usually happens when there are permissions issues on the project or with the filters used on the gadgets.

The third screenshot shows the Global permissions, so please, go to Project settings > Permissions and check if all the roles of the project have “Browse project” permissions.

Testing here, I was able to confirm that the error they are seeing happens when the filter is not shared with them.

Please, go to Filters > View all filters and confirm if the filters used on the gadgets are shared with the users as well.

If not, click on the filter’s name > Details > Edit permissions.

Note that, it’s necessary to click on Add and then Save.
