Hi guys,
is there a specific permission or needed role to see the field "account" when creating a ticket? I have a user, with different user groups than other users and he cant see the field account while creating a new ticket. the field is required so he gets an error when trying to create a ticket. In "configure fields" "account" is selected and all other users with different roles can see the field.
What am I missing?
