User can't log in

I have set up a user several times now. No matter if I set a password or have the system set one, they cannot log in and I cannot log as them using their username and password I assigned. What is wrong, never had this issue before!

Hi,

Are there any additional errors in the logs?

Maybe the users exist twice?

Check also in the database records that the user not exist twice (not only from the UI)

Hi, I opened a ticket with support. I can't see anything in the logs but I'm also not sure what to look for. I don't have access to our database but I'll have our Server Ops team look. Thanks for the ideas!!
