Hello, I am using a form that I got Atlassian Support to enable since my project is software based.
The team that requested this form has the URL linked on an internal webpage and have noticed that after hitting Create, there is no reaction. The submissions are showing correctly on the Project's board, but the end users do not receive a confirmation.
The request I have is for the users get redirected back to the company's internal webpage after creation or for a splash screen to show for successful submission. I do not see either as an option in the settings for this form, however.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how to configure this behavior or would this be non-applicable for this type of form?
I will give this a try and have the users test. Thanks kindly for the suggestion.

I don't have access to this functionality in my instance, but I wonder if you disable this option if the form will then close after they click Submit.
What information about that setting is available if you click on the Find out more about these settings link above?

It appears I mis-clicked and wrote an answer instead of a reply, my mistake. I changed the option to disable the "Keep this form open for edits" and users report the same behavior.
Upon creation they are directed to Jira. Unfortunately, the request is to redirect them back to the company's internal page. I am not certain I have the ability to configure that type of behavior in this form's settings.
