Update respective Epic Link for the count of issues

Hi all. Let's say, I've 5 epic links: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.

I've also have defects tagged to each epic link i.e. maybe epic link 10 has 25 defects and epic link 11 has 12 defects.

I need to build an automation rule to count the defects and update the respective epic link i.e. following my above example the rule to update epic link 10 in the field "Number of Production Defects" with 25 and respectively for epic link with the count of 12.

Please see below snapshots to understand better. I believe the trigger and lookup is correct, but my editing of the field is not correct. Right now, the field gets updated for all the defects under all the epic links. The epic link should be updated only for its' own defect, not all.
