How do you determine that the project is "unused"?
There is a REST API that you can use to archive a project.
You could, theoretically, create an Automation rule that would determine if a project is unused and then use the Send Web Request action to execute the REST API endpoint to archive the project.
I have not tested this, so it is only a theory.
Have you considered the impact to boards, filters, and dashboards when projects are archived? Are you sure you want to archive projects automatically?
There's nothing I can find that can do that.
I suspect it's because you probably should be thinking before archiving.
