Unable to send to send email via automation
We have issues with the automation whenit comes to sending emails to the customer.
Above is a screenshot of the errors we have.

the logs shows that the automation is not expected because it doesn't meet your condition"the issue status = Cloture" , you need to use {{issue.status.name}} or you can use another condition called Issue Field condition and use status instead
