We have issues with the automation whenit comes to sending emails to the customer.

the logs shows that the automation is not expected because it doesn't meet your condition"the issue status = Cloture" , you need to use {{issue.status.name}} or you can use another condition called Issue Field condition and use status instead
Hello i tried that but it is still not working, the issue is when it gets to the step where it has to send the email but the customer does not receive anything.
