Unable to see planning poker screen

I have access to the project, I can see backlog tickets, sprint board on JIRA but it displays a blank screen for planning poker when I try to access it. Do you have any idea how can I resolve the issue?

Our team has had the same problem for two weeks now. The SCRUM master can see everything. For the rest of us, we see the list of items and the poker cards, but the text of the story under review is "redacted" with gray bars over the text and they pulse.

Hi Nirali,

That seems unusual. Are you using the Planning Poker app, here? If so, please reach out to our support team so we can figure this out for you.

You might also find our documentation helpful if you're just getting started.

Please let me know if there are other ways I can help.

Best regards,

Courtney Eiland from Appfire

Hi @Nirali Patel , I am unaware of any built-in planning poker feature within Jira. I suspect that you are using an add-on. Is that possible? Assuming so I recommend reaching out to the vendor with your question.
