Hi All
Recently, we restarted the jira server and found that we could not log in through localhost:8080, our service acted as a proxy, and the corresponding domain name was configured in the server.xml file. At the same time, we also did LDAP integration, and when we accessed the domain name through the domain account, we could log in normally. However, when we use the domain account to access localhost:8080, the login fails, and no error message is displayed
The query log displays the following information:
2024-12-02 14:23:55,829+0800 http-nio-8080-exec-62 WARN test 863x208351x1 1gvzudr x.x.x.x /rest/gadget/1.0/login [c.a.p.r.c.security.jersey.XsrfResourceFilter] Additional XSRF checks failed for request: https://ticket.ikotek.com/rest/gadget/1.0/login , origin: http://x.x.x:8080 , referrer: http://x.x.x.x:8080/secure/Dashboard.jspa , credentials in request: false , allowed via CORS: false
thank you for your reply

Hi @arno ,
If this is a Data Center environment with a valid license, reaching out to Atlassian Support might be the faster way to get this resolved.
I'm not that much into infrastructure stuff when it comes to on-prem platforms so I can't be much of a help here 😕 but it might also be helpful to browse through Community to see if anyone had the same or similar problem.
Hope you get it resolved soon.
Cheers,
Tom
