Unable to create API token in Jira UI

When trying to generate an API token on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens, if I type in my preferred label and press "create", nothing happens.

I see in my devtools that https://id.atlassian.com/manage/rest/api-tokens is returning HTTP 400.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Login jira in incognito mode/private mode and try again to generate token. It may work. I did same step and its resolved.

I am not experiencing that problem.

Have you subsequently been successful?

Have you tried a different browser?

Have you checked with other users of the same Jira system to see if they are having the same problem?

I did see another post where another user reported the same problem.

Have you tried creating API key from https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security ?
