Despite the following guide:

https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/389055742/Adding+Tempo+Account+and+Tempo+Team+custom+fields+to+Next-Gen+projects

neither Account nor Team appear in any of my next-gen project views, nor can I assign them directly to screens as screens for these projects do not exist in the selection. I assume they are therefore Default, which is set in both these fields (all screens are linked to Account as a test anyhow).

Why are these fields not appearing by default? Teams and Accounts have both been associated to the project.

Hi Ben,

Just in case you have not yet found the option to add the Tempo custom fields to Next Gen projects. This functionality has been rolled out by Atlassian and should now be available on all JIRA instances where Tempo is installed.

In the Project settings of the Next Gen projects, you should see a link to "Apps". Access this link and enable the plugins whose custom fields you want to make available this Next Gen project.

Best regards,
