Unable to access Jira Rest API

I am unable to get data using POSTMAN for by jira Rest API GET:_- https://yash123.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/issue/TASK-1 

I have given basic auth username and password .which i used while creating lira account.

I am getting 401 unauthorised error.

Please suggested what's going wrong here?

Do i need to enable any permission in Jira or any other thing?

And don't forget that you should use your Jira e-mail address and API token (NOT username)
