Hi all,
I came across the problem that I am unable to edit my Full or Public Name in my account settings.
Getting an error message "We couldn't update your public name".
Any suggestions?

You account might be managed by your organization.
Have a look at the following article and ask your Org Admin to make the necessary changes.
