We connected tricentis for test management in Jira Software.

When we create precondition in a test case, that is long enough we can't scroll down on steps.

I think this is a bug but I can't add a bug in community, maybe because I am not an admin?

Is there anyone to help me?

I ve changed setting through inspect (html) in width but I don't think this is a solution.

No , unfortunately problem exists!

When "unzoom" although I can see steps but I don;t't think is that a solution . (?)

Do you mean that you can't scroll down on steps when executing the Test Run or when writing the Test Case?

The problem exists when we try to run test cases.

So:

step 1: write a test case with a long precondition

step 2:  go to test pad to run thhe above test case 

             in the test pad click on this test case -->  the only we can see is the precondition box, steps of the test case not display! When we try to scroll , not possible! Also if we select the checkbox above, we can see "3 selected test cases" , but again not able to scroll down!
