Translation of Custom field options NOT possible ?

Custom field option translation is still not supported in Jira almost 10 years it was first requested. [JRASERVER-40049] Allow translation of custom field options - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Major WTF, how Jira SD is supposed to work with global customer base if option translation is not available.

Anyway - anyone has experience with plugin?

What a bummer, plugin is only server version.
