I would like to send report by fetching specific fields of jira issues, not all the fields

Please suggest the JIRA query to fetch specific fields from Jira

you need to create a filter with specific filter field :

Moreover, you can automatically send the result through a filter subscription (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-filters/)
