To close Jira Issue collector using Escape key?

We have an Issue Collector iFrame inserted into our application, through an script containing the Collector and using also ATL_JQ_PAGE_PROPS as described in Jira's website.

As you can see in the following picture, if we try to close it while loading, using the Escape key, the loading icon won't disappear. This also happens on Jira's website: https://share.getcloudapp.com/v1uNx6RL

Is there a solution to this problem, or a workaround we could apply on our application?

Thanks for reporting this issue, I have reproduced it and I have created a bug ticket in order to have it addressed:

• [JRACLOUD-76087] Closing the issue collector using the ESC key leaves the loading icon spinning forever 

Please vote for the above bug ticket and set yourself as a watcher so that you will be notified in case of any update/progress. The bug will be addressed according to the Atlassian Cloud bug fixing policy.
