To calculate total lines of code using JIRA query where each request has parameters for LOC+ & LOC-

My each issue request, has a field of lines of code (LOC+ and LOC-) which were added by analyser in each request once resolved. I used to do export the list of issues and then calculate the total LOC using excel sum(LOCplus + LOCminus). Is there any JIRA query to calculate the total sum LOC addition + Loc deletion and display the total count itself ?

If you store "LOC+" and "LOC-" in number type custom fields in Jira, then the Better Excel Exporter app will calculate the sums automatically in the last row if you export your issues to Excel.

See the "Story points" column in this Excel export, which is also the same type of custom field.

Not OOTB. Consider an addon or export your query to CSV and use excel.
