Time tracking throughs error. Says connection is not stable. Please help.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Clicking on time tracking field it ask to enter time pending and time remaining in a format.
Though i am using correct format and also my internet connection is perfect, Jira is throwing an error which says: We couldn't save your changes. Please check your internet connection.
