Ticket of Done status gets moved from completed sprint to the scope of new one and remains visible there (counted in the overall amount of sprint scope). Which is not expectable. But when it is manually moved to backlog, it is automatically hidden (which is expectable)

Please verify that status DONE is correctly mapped to the last column on the right of your board.

In your scrum board, go to Board settings > Columns.
Make sure there are no unmapped statuses in the grey column on the right, map your Done status to a 'Done' column and set a resolution.
