The users are not able to see tickets opened via Slack

Hello,

We have Jira connected to our slack. This way I'm able to create an IT Ticket from slack message but the users are not able to see this ticket even if I make them a reporter.
They do not see it in their requests.

Could you please advise?

Thank you!

Hi @Adrian Zurawski

Most likely it's a permissions issue.  People who create tickets via slack are considered " "customers" so they can't access the tickets in your queues unless you provided them with access to "Browse Issues" in the permissions scheme.  However, once you do this, you will consume a Jira license which you may not want to do.

Regards,

Fabian

Hello Fabian,

Thank you for the information.

It used to work, seems like it changed recently.
