Hi. When making the transition to the Workflow automatically creates a sub-task, but the assignee is unknown. At the user's picture to be displayed, and it should receive messages about changes. But this is not happening. JIRA does not seem to know it. And so with any by the user when creating the automatic creation of subtasks.

We have always enjoyed this post function "Create subtask" in the transition. And all was well. But now it is broke. Our assignees valid for the project. Now we have broken all projects.
We use Bob Swift Atlassian Add-ons - Create on Transition
Automatic means determine the assignee based on the project's configuration including the components set for the issue. Look for the Default Assignee field in the Roles section of the specific project's administration page and also the Components page. That configuration could mean unassigned or something specific will be set.
I now all of this. For example, I have user D.Sokolov, hi is project manager https://gyazo.com/dcc82983cf0aed2804b99e5131778a55. https://gyazo.com/853b0d4ad26003ae8b905910c1589cfe. When I automatically create subtask, in Transition we have assignee automatic https://gyazo.com/1b72f0e4f92a70e3808ed95c8098aedc. We have components in project https://gyazo.com/d2bab0a5aa1f7b93aa53dc61cc0a54e8 and all of them assignee оn project manager. When the sub-task is created, it is true assignee is selected, but no avatar and receiving messages https://gyazo.com/51c8c39f84327cf6fdcbe07c27475271. Jira it did not seem to know.

Ah, ok, you've updated the question with more info. Thanks. Next question - what did you change that broke it? Version of plugin? Jira version? Config?
