Hello All,

we are using Jira data center in one of my scrum project when we open an issue and when we click on the “sprint link” field it’s throwing me an error

 

Error:

The call to the JIRA server did 
not complete within the timeout period. 
We are unsure of the result of this 
operation.

 

But it’s not showing this error in other projects could you please any one suggest me how to resolve this issue

Hello,

This is not very much to go on with. First of all I suggest you to check application logs in Jira installation and home directories. There should be more detailed information about the issue.
