I need your advice on a JIRA plugin or maybe another software.
We have a basic SCRUM project with a basic workflow : To Do, Doing, Testing, Done. That is for the local testing.
But now, we must trace the preprod and prod testing with a second workflow : QA testing -> Preproduction testing -> Production testing -> Ok. Only applyable during a preprod/prod deployment.
The problem is that if we put those new statuses, the US and tasks will stay forever in every sprints until the release arrives.
Is there a plugin which can take all DONE tasks from a Release and handle those testing phases apart ? Without handling test cases because we use.... Word.
Like... maybe just list those tasks and have 1 checkbox "Preprod Test" (preprod test OK), 1 datefield (when the test occured) and 1 userfield (who tested), the same for the Prod ?
