Test Execution status changes

Hello to the community.

I am working with Jira Cloud/XRay in different projects running different Test executions. 

Is there any way I can get notified when a Test Execution status change in some project?

It may be possible to build an automation rule but I have not managed to understand how from the tutorials.

Any help is appreciated.
