Hi, I am having issues with the system dashboard page.
When I go to the system dashboard page it sometimes takes a long time to load and loads a blank page as shown in the image below.
The other pages are working great and load super fast but the dashboard page is having issues.
What can I do to resolve this issue?
Hi @이성우
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Internet Explorer is no longer supported. In Edge you can try clicking on Three dots) ... -> More tools -> Open Sites in Microsoft Edge, to see if that works for you.
To continue to take advantage of modern web standards to deliver improved functionality and the best possible user experience across all products, Atlassian have decided to end support for IE11. You can read more about it here -> Retiring IE11 support for Atlassian cloud, server, and data center products
Hi Sharma.

As you are able to view the same dashboard on Chrome browser, it looks like a browser compatibility issue. .
Your EDGE browser might be rendering the site in Internet Explorer, hence you are facing that issue. So on Edge, there is no other way but to open your jira site in Microsoft Edge (via more tools) as I mentioned earlier. For additional support you can also submit a case with Atlassian Support so that they can advise the best possible solution to this problem.

Actually, as I wrote below, Chrome didn't have this problem, so I thought it was a browser issue.
However, users who use the site they operate now access through IE, Edge, and Chrome.
And due to this browser issue, I can't control access only through Chrome.
So, I'm trying to find more to solve the issue. Posting here is part of it.
Thank you so much for your reply and for thinking about it with me.
As you said, I'll submit a case to Atlasian Support.

I have heard issues with some browsers and Atlassian products. Personally I always recommend users to use Chrome or Safari. I have heard of too many issues with Edge and IE. I wish you luck, I do recall older versions of IE may have issues. We have heard other users in our user base have issues in some cases with Edge on other components of JIRA or Confluence; we always recommend to keep the browser updated, especially Chrome as new enhancements come.

Thank you very much for your clear advice on the issue.
Until you told me, I thought it was a browser problem, just because Chrome didn't happen without finding a clear basis or reason!!
The advice you gave me was a specific reason to decide on the browser problem.
Still, as Kishan Sharma said, I'm going to submit it to Atlasian Support.
Thank you again for your helpful advice on browser issues.

Does everyone in your group get it or just you? You can try and clear the browser cache and see if it changes. Do you know if the jira admin has placed any widgets on the dashboard?

Hi Stephenson
Thanks you for your answer.
- Every group member has same problem.
- When i clear the browser cache and go dashboard page then occured same issue.
- I didn't understood what was mean ↓↓↓↓↓
"the jira admin has placed any widgets on the dashboard?"

If you go to the General Configuration section see if you have any message in the Introduction portion. If you don't, then, the system dashboard doesn't have any.
Next, inside General Configuration look for System Dashboard in the left panel. In there is where you can configure the System dashboard.
Most likely what you have is nothing defined in there, hence, nothing being displayed when you choose the system dashboard.
Having nothing on the system dashboard is not an issue. Depends on what you wish to have on the dashboard. Once you go to the system dashboard option you can configure what widgets and messages will display.
Take note - when you change the system dashboard it will affect ALL users.

When I went to the General Configuration area, I found that the Introduction location was configured with HTML tags.
I also checked the System Dashboard menu in the left panel of General Configuration to see that it is configured.
However, there is a problem that I pressed F12 to open the developer tool and check it.
When the System Dashboard is empty in the main page, the resources in the Table and Chart that make up the Dashboard are not properly mounted. This is because the console window displays a message that the resources of Table and Chart are empty. (I'm sorry I couldn't upload the script for security reasons at work.)
