Hi, after importing or synching Jira issues, such as stories into Azure Devops work items there are several issues with the data once the new work items have been created under Azure DevOps. Data, fora example table's are not shown properly after a work item has been created. Also there are issues with embedded pictures, even though correct attachment has been uploaded under the new work items it's shown as raw code only, not as picture. When tesing the URL in a seperate window, usually the picture opens as it should.
Usually, how to make sure text fields will preserve the same formatting as applied under Jira Cloud? Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you very much.

Hello @Atakan Tangünerler
I work for Exalate.
Exalate could help with this situation, as it provides advanced synchronization between Jira and Azure DevOps. It offers flexible mapping and transformation options to ensure that data, including formatting and attachments, is preserved correctly across platforms. By setting up custom synchronization rules, you can address issues with table displays and embedded images, ensuring a smoother experience during the migration or sync process.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Mathieu Lepoutre
@Atakan Tangünerler hello. Just to add another solution option - ZigiOps. It's a no-code integration platform that allows the easy implementation between Jira & ADO, transfer and sync data (work items, stories, you name it). You can easily customize it to fit various use cases and what data it should display (images, other types of attachments, etc). Feel free to look at it and even give it a try via the self-trial.
Regards, Diana (ZigiOps team)

Welcome to the community.
This is an issue related to Azure Devops and not Jira.
I would raise this in an Azure Devops community not in the Atlassian Community.
