Sync organization structure to atlas goal

I am currently using Jira premium and we about to discover more on Atlas Goal.

Question 1: Is there any way we can sync the org structure that defind role from Head - Engineer Manager- Team Leader - Team member so when they set a goal, only their line manager can see & track their goal/result

Question 2: 

In Jira its is a goal tab appear to link with Atlas, however It's show all goals that we attached the Jira ticket, is there any way to customize that. e.g goal base on log in user, or goal base on specific team...

I wasn't able to track down any product-specific documentation for Atlas but I have seen some different members of the Atlassian team replying to posts about Atlas, like here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlas-questions/Atlas-Jira-Goal-Linking/qaq-p/2632005
