Atlas/Jira Goal Linking

When using Atlas, it is possible to link a Jira Epic to an Atlas Goal from Jira. However, it is not possible to link to a Jira Epic from an Atlas Goal.

Any suggestions on how we can link the Jira epic to an Atlas Goal?

Hi @Margarita,

As a matter of fact, you can. If you open a goal, navigate to the Jira tab and click add iJira ssue:

Hope this helps!

Hi Margarita,

Thanks for reaching out.

You are right, there is no way of linking a Jira Epic directly from an Atlas Goal today. I have added your input to our insights, so that it will be considered when this capability is worked on.

In the meantime, a workaround could be adding the link in the About tab.

We have a custom issue type, Initiative, in Jira, which we use to group epics. These are goals in Atlas, but they are not linked; we can only include the contributing projects. We'd love to be able to link a goal to a specific issue in Jira, too!
