Hi All,
A user seems to have the summary field missing. I checked the field configuration and I can see that summary is checked.
When I create the exact same issue on my login and laptop, is the field visible.
Hope you can help,

Kind regards,
Juan
You can't hide summary in the field config anyway, it is a mandatory field.
If it's not on a user's screen, get them to check the "configure fields" at the top right of the window. You'll find it hidden in there.
Hi Nic,
I made sure All fields are checked and still the user does not see the Summary field. I am starting to think it might be his old Laptop?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If it is appearing for some people, but not this person, and the "configure fields" is not hiding it for them, then there is something wrong with their browser.
Get them to try a different browser.

Hey all, did you find out, what the issue is regarding the missing "summary field"? If yes, would you be so kind and share it? Since we have the same issue, that the field is not visible.
