Subfilters in Boards: Quick filters

In JIRA is it possible to create sub filters for Quick filters.

I have created some Quick Filter and want that if I select a Quick filter its sub filters will be shown on screen

I also want to create a Labels and when selecting a label some sub filters attached to that label will also be displayed.

for example I have a transition project and for each phase I created a Quick filter, but I want to create sub filters for particular phase. Lets take Initiation & Planning and  we have many activities for this phase so I want sub filter for this phase.

No, creating sub filters for quick filters is not possible

You might want to instead create a Saved Filter that combines your board filter and your quick filter. Then use that Saved Filter as the basis for a new board. In that new board you would create your "sub filters" as that board's quick filters.
