Help please! I am using team managed / scrum board. I can see my epics and stories in Roadmap and Backlog but not pulling in the board. Thanks!
I have not created sprints as I am reviewing with my team if we are going to run sprints based on the work for this team.
What is the best way to handle this if we are no longer going to run sprints and I have already selected "Scrum"? Thoughts? Thanks again.
Just create a new Kanban board

Inside your project, click the board dropdown, followed by "Create board" - this will make sure the board is located in your project.

@Chitra Sookram indicated that this is for a Team Managed project. Jira doesn't support creating additional boards for Team Managed projects.
Chitra, if you decide you want to switch to Kanban you will have to create a new Team Managed project, selecting the Kanban option. You could then try to move your issues from the first project to the new Kanban project, but you could experience data loss in that move.

@Trudy Claspill thanks for sharing this information and tips. It is good to know that with Team Managed project Jira doesn't support multiple boards.

Please confirm that you have mapped all your workflow statuses in your board. Maybe if you have editted your workflow and new statuses has been added if you don´t map those statuses in your board columns all the issues in tat not mapped statuses won´t be shown in your board. Yes, if the problem is just in the board but you can see everything in your backlog view, the problem is the sprint.

Hello @Chitra Sookram
Welcome to the community.
If you are using a Scrum board you need to create a sprint, add the issues to the sprint, and then start the sprint to get the issues in the Active sprint to display in the board view.

Hi Chitra, and welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You mention that you can see your epics and stories in Backlog view, but not on the scrum board.
In the backlog view, have you created a sprint, added stories to that sprint, and begun the sprint?
