I trying to find a solution for this,
when user created a task, Reporter should get a email after 24 hrs and that shows status of the ticket. after 3 days reporter should get another email, if the status didn't change for 5 days it should move to "Close" status by it self. I'm trying to achieve this with automation.

Legacy automation is no longer working.
I've tried to replicate this same automation using the new Automation but I found it impossible.
How can I get this working again?
