Hi,

Today we not able connect to jira with following error in catalina.out

Caused by: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903A8, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v1db1]

All our users has LDAP access only. We do not have local user.

How I can create a local user from linux shell?

How I can change LDAP setting from linux shell?

Is possible recet LDAP settings using SQL query?

Thanks in advance,

Val

Hi,

You can create an internal user and/or retrieve the JIRA admin using instructions here:

Hi Val,

All LDAP setthings are stored into cwd_directory and cwd_directory_attribute tables. You can edit your LDAP settings directly there. As for creating the local user check this doc.

Cheers
