There are a few users that do not see the new issue view and they cannot switch to it from their Personal Settings. How can I give these few users the new view?
If you're a Jira admin (not project admin) you should be able to force it for all users. Go to Settings -> Issues:
At the top of the sidebar should be an option for New Issue View Transition.
Click that, then use the toggle to set all users to the new view (ours has already been done so the toggles are grayed out.)
Thank you very much! I am a Jira admin and could click the toggle to force the new view for everyone, but I want to check with my HelpDesk before I do.
I thought it was odd that after all the fanfare about forcing the new issue view on March 31, that some of users still see the old view.
