Smart commits don't work

I have integrated Jira with GitHub, and my repository is connected, but Smart Commits don’t work. For example, when I commit with a Jira ticket and #done, I can see my commit in the ticket's history, but the issue’s status doesn’t change to "Done." I tried following this guide, but I don’t see anything connected.

Hello @Tatev Hunanyan, you may verify that the user associated with the GitHub commit has the necessary permissions in Jira to transition the issue. The transition might be restricted based on the workflow settings or permissions:

• The committer's email address must match the email address of a single Jira Software user with the appropriate project permissions to transition issues.

You can also check if there're any required fields for this transition like "comments"

• If your Jira admin has set comment as a required field, you must not add #comment to the command
