Anyone has a problem with
"Your Atlassian Cloud site is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance."

Basically, also now, there isn't any issue in https://status.atlassian.com/ so you should refer to this page - https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/keep-track-of-maintenance-windows/
If you are blocked from working in production during working hours, you will need to open a support ticket to Atlassian - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
