Maintenance windows occur daily between 1 am and 3 am in the timezone where your site's server is located. There is currently no outage so I assume it is down for maintenance.
@Brant Schroeder I'm unaware of this. Is this described somewhere?
Is this for every cloud site on a daily basis? That's 2 hours of daily downtime. What about companies who work 24/7?

@Dave Mathijs not ever day, just when they need to apply patches, upgrades or do other maintenance. You can change when the window is. More information here https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/keep-track-of-maintenance-windows/

what will happened if get alerts or data from third parties/software during that time period

secondly if we change the release track to bundled one so can we avoid this daily maintenance issue

@Dave Mathijs my guess is that this was quickly resolved. Most of these updates take less than 15min and most individuals never notice that they occur. Atlassian does not notify anyone about regular maintenance windows which I am assuming this is was as there was not anything out of the ordinary announced by Atlassian.
